Major Romuald Dowbór takes over the 24th Lancers Regiment. I think the picture was taken on 21st August. Note that Dowbór is wearing exactly the same clothes as in the previous pictures showing a small party in Chambois (I mean those with the General Maczek and the Nazi flag).
